Gill’s Pier Winery in Leelanau County has been listed for $1.9  million.  This price includes four acres of producing vines, the tasting room and custom 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom house.

According to co-owner Kris Sterkenberg,  “The winery is still open and in fact we are having the best year ever! Our ideal buyer is someone who wants to grow the business and be very hands on. Gill’s Pier has been a wonderful family business and we would love to sell the business to someone with the same passion for wine and Leelanau County as we have!
